How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email notifying you with your tracking number. From there, you can track your order on the carrier’s website. Items are shipped via USPS and take about 3-5 days to deliver.
What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges once shipped. Please note that ALL purchases are final once shipped. If a problem occurs, please contact us and we’ll try to provide the best assistance we can.
Can I Do A Local Pick-Up?
Please contact us before placing your order regarding this in the metro Atlanta area only.
How Long Is Processing?
Please allow 4 business days or less for processing. Most products are naturally handmade so time is needed to properly create products.
Do You Provide International Delivery?
As of right now, we are US based only. This is subject to change in the coming months.
I Have A Nut Allergy.
Please make sure to read product description and item instructions to see if nut product was used in the product of interest. We make sure to list of any butters or oils containing nuts were used in the manufacturing of the product for your safety. Do NOT purchase if you see nut contained in the products if you are allergic. You may contact us to see if we could create the products you want without nut products.
